Celebrate the magic of the season with us at our Summer Solstice Yoga & Surf Lesson 🌊☀️
Start your experience with a 45-minute beach yoga flow led by our resident yogi, Emma Sacco—designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and connect you to the ocean on the longest day of the year! Then, ride that high straight into the water with a fun, educational surf lesson with the amazing instructors at Lucky Dog Surf School.
Whether you're brand new or looking to build off of your previous surf knowledge, this is the perfect way to move, breathe, and elevate your surfing!
Spots are limited—come soak up the sun, salt air, and good vibes with us!

Itinerary
Welcome & Check-In (15 minutes)
Meet your instructors, get fitted for wetsuits, and select surfboards. A brief overview of the session, ocean conditions, and safety guidelines sets the tone for a relaxed, supportive experience.
Beach Yoga Flow (45 minutes)
Begin with a grounding yoga session on the beach designed to warm up the body, build strength and mobility, and improve balance—perfect preparation for the surf. This all-levels flow focuses on breath, flexibility, and mindful movement.
Transition & Surf Prep (10 minutes)
Hydrate, change into wetsuits if needed, and head down to the water. Surf instructors review ocean awareness, board positioning, and key techniques.
Surf Session (70 minutes)
Hit the waves with hands-on instruction from Lucky Dog’s experienced surf coaches. Learn paddling, popping up, wave timing, and ocean safety, with personalized tips whether you’re a beginner or returning surfer.
Cool Down & Closing (10 minutes)
Wrap up with light stretching, reflection, and a chance to ask questions, snap photos, and soak in the post-surf stoke.
