Learn the ins and out of surf competition through simulated heats and coaching from our elite surf coaches. On-land conditioning will set you up for success in and out of the water in whatever athletic endeavors you face.
CRITERIA
Must be able to paddle out unassisted into the lineup
Must be able to catch waves unassisted
Must be able to ride down the line of the wave
Must have a positive attitude and be willing to take direction and coaching
Must be within grades 5th - 8th (2025-2026 School Year)
PRACTICES
Practice: 2 days a week depending on conditions
Duration: 1.5 hours
Practices start July 1st - August 21st every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 - 9:00am at Anchorage Beach (909 Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright).
You are expected to have the proper gear. Please bring your wetsuits each morning as water temperatures can still be chilly during the summer months.
