Skateboarding Camp

Who is this camp for?

Designed for beginner and intermediate skaters ages 5 - 12, Lucky Dog's Skateboarding Camp is an exhilarating experience where you'll learn the fundamentals of skateboarding or enhance your existing skills in a fun and supportive environment.

What will be taught?

Led by experienced skate coach, Dave Farrell, our camp covers essential techniques such as proper stance, balance, pushing, turning, and basic tricks like ollies and manuals. Whether you're stepping on a skateboard for the first time or looking to take your skills to the next level, our tailored curriculum caters to all levels of proficiency.

Focused on camaraderie & safety!

In addition to skill development, our camp fosters camaraderie among participants, creating a sense of community and encouragement. Safety is paramount, and we prioritize teaching proper safety measures and techniques to minimize the risk of injury.

What is provided?

A skateboard can be provided upon request; however, skaters are welcome to bring their own, as well.

PROPERLY FITTED HELMETS ARE MANDATORY & PADS (KNEE, ELBOW, & WRIST GUARDS) ARE ENCOURAGED.

How long is camp?

Skateboarding Camp runs 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 8:00am - 10:00am. Rain dates will fall on Tuesday and Thursday, if necessary.

Skateboarding Camp runs on the following weeks:
Week of June 24th (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Week of July 22nd (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Week of August 5th (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
